In Person – Is essential in congresses, seminars, press conferences, business meetings, videoconference presentations, technical visits to factories, workshops and training sessions whose participants speak different languages.
It is called “simultaneous” because the interpreters listen to what is said in the source language and, through a microphone, transmit the speaker’s words in the target language at the same time, continuously and naturally, allowing all speakers to express themselves in their native language.
Remote (RSI) – Type of simultaneous interpreting carried out at a distance, without direct contact between interpreters, speakers and the audience. In this modality, the interpreter can work from any location as long as there is access to the support of reliable platforms or software for internet transmissions. It can also be performed in studios with specific platforms that enable live transmission, with audio, video, slides and audience interactivity. It can be used in the most diverse scenarios such as: Webinar, Corporate Meetings, Remote lectures during an event, Videoconferences, Training, Conventions, Lectures, Online Courses, Town Halls with High Management, Press Conferences. Simultaneous translation is performed live in Portuguese, English and Spanish interfaces. It is a solution in those situations where it is not possible to have a face-to-face meeting or event with an in-person audience, since it offers the real-time communication service that is vital to help solve problems.
Can Simultaneous Translations be recorded? The recording of the translation depends on an authorization given by the translators and is considered an extra charge added to the professionals’ fees because their work is considered intellectual property. If there is a need to record a simultaneous translation/interpretation, we will send a Copyright Agreement.
In order to ensure accuracy in the translation, it is very important that we have relevant information about the event, such as the topic, the names of the speakers, study materials and, if possible, the digital presentations that will be used in the event. The greater the preparation of the interpreters, the better and more specific the translation will be.
